A frame is a way of looking at something that gives it meaning. It also refers to a mindset or frame of mind.

How do you hold your thoughts towards certain people? In a positive frame or a negative one?

Frames in NLP include Cause and Effect, NLP Presuppositions and Perception is Projection – ways of viewing situations, relationships and which give the situation meaning.  NLP Tends to take a towards looking, positive view, taking responsibility for things personally because that is what puts the owner of the thoughts, us in the driving seat.
