The Logical Levels of Learning are –
Level III – Learning how to learn how to learn
Level II – Learning how to learn – Can create new options if necessary, based on understanding of learning process(es)
Level I – Learning – Selects from options, learns from feedback
Level 0 – Rule-based actions – Obeys the rules – no “trial and error”, therefore no learning
