NLP Triple Description

An NLP Triple Description is a process of looking at all three points of view in an incident using Perceptual Positions methodology.

In every interaction a person will naturally act and speak from their own first person perspective. There are always different perspectives to take on situations and by using the mind and our imagination with practice we can gain incites by flicking over to a third person or objective position or even a second person position to experience the interaction as if we are the other person in the scenario – thus we now have a Triple Description.

Triple Description and Perceptual Positions processes are really fun to carry out and can provide amazing incites into problem relationships in your life.  They are described in full with examples and exercises for you to complete on our NLP Training Courses.
