This is the NLP Swish Pattern

The NLP Swish Pattern is a fun technique that can be used to break bad habits. Habits normally form when we have repeated thought patterns that lead to unwanted behaviour.  This technique breaks disempowering thought patterns and replaces them with thought patterns that produce behaviour that we would like to have instead.

This technique can be used to help people lose weight (develop better eating habits), quit smoking, take more exercise. It can also help people in situations where they habitually get in a poor state, or bad mood, for example when giving presentations some people get nervous. This technique helps in those type of situations.
