Break State – NLP


Changing your emotional state.  Eg by looking out of the window or jumping up in the air (safely) or just pay attention to what you are feeling in the here and now.

It is useful for getting out of unresourceful states.  It is also useful to break someones concentration when they switch their attention from one thing to another.
