NLP Six Step Reframe


The Six Step Reframe is a traditional NLP process used to improve unwanted behaviour:

  • Access the behaviour
  • Set up signal – ask the ‘part’ if it is willing to communicate consciously
  • Discover and acknowledge the benefits
  • Create choices
  • Congruency check
  • Ecology check
  • Future pace and check

It may look to you like there are seven steps, and you would be right!

This is a traditional NLP process that has now been replaced in our NLP Training with our Timeline processes.
