In our NLP Master Practitioner training we discuss the Myers Briggs and NLP Metaprogrammes models to enable our students to better understand themselves and their relationships. There are many similarities between the two personality profiling models, one of the main ones being that they allow us to identify four main parts to our personality:

Are we an Introvert or an Extrovert? Are we a Thinker or Feeler? Are we an Intuitor or a Sensor? Are we a Perceiver or a Judger?

As a profiling tool it is important to note that the models only predict what we are doing at this moment in time in our thinking, not how we are made up. We change over time according to what is happening in our lives and the results that we want to create.
