NLP Six Step Reframe
The Six Step Reframe is a traditional NLP process used to improve unwanted behaviour:
- Access the behaviour
- Set up signal – ask the ‘part’ if it is willing to communicate consciously
- Discover and acknowledge the benefits
- Create choices
- Congruency check
- Ecology check
- Future pace and check
