January is a time when a lot of people stop and take stock of their lives, trying to make improvements wherever they can – and a lot of the time, this relates back to our financial situations and how we can change to get rid of any money worries that we might have. Going on NLP courses is one way you can learn new behaviours and ways of thinking that will benefit you financially.

According to the latest figures from the Debt Advisory Centre, 16 per cent of people currently in a relationship owe money that their partner knows nothing about, with 51 per cent of these saying that they are have debts over £1,000. And a further eight per cent have secret debts of over £10,000.

Spokesman for the organisation Ian Williams observed that many are ashamed and embarrassed to admit how much they owe to their other halves, but doing so can lift a weight off your shoulders and you can start to address the problem together.

“Having debt problems is an extremely stressful and isolating experience. Trying to deal with the situation on your own by keeping it secret from your partner will only compound the stress,” Mr Williams remarked.

NLP training can be used by anyone to encourage a new set of behaviours in order to be more motivated and make positive life changes, whether you want to make headway at work, improve your family life or just be a more well-rounded person. Take a step back and have a look at your life from afar to see if there are any changes you could make this year – and then see how NLP can help.
