Set goals for yourself
You can achieve success a lot easier if you set manageable goals for yourself and ensure that your expectations aren’t out of the realms of possibility. Striving for perfection can create a lot of negativity but by working towards varying degrees of success rather than the end result immediately, you can reduce the chances of this.
Be more active
